Apartment Renovation / Make over

This beautiful high-ceilinged apartment was located in a stunning City location. Our brief was to transform the property with its dated 1970s interior into a suitable property for the rental market.

We designed an open plan kitchen /Diner/ Lounge and updated the bathroom.  Hung ceiling lights the length of the long corridor to bring light to the internal space.   Revealed and polished the charming parquet floor, and rewired and painted throughout.  This renovation was done within a month and on a tight budget.

The old built-in dining area seating was ripped out and the tiles removed from the floor to reveal beautiful parquet flooring, which just needed a good clean and polish.

Wiring was chased into the walls throughout, made good and all the walls freshened up with a white coat of paint.  All carpets were removed, and the parquet floor polished.

We replaced the dated bathroom and added a new low cistern toilet,  larger bathtub, floating basin, with large mirror and lighting, a high-level towel rail and retiled all walls.

We are pleased to know that since the renovations in 2014, this apartment has become sought after and has consistently rented out to professional tenants.
