A potential house buyer will normally decide to buy a home within the first few moments of entering a property, so first impressions really do count!

Lesley will provide a Professional Consultation giving advice on Home Staging and how to attract a potential buyer from kerb-appeal to the spacial planning, whilst possibly increasing the value of your home at the same time, and attracting a wider market.

The Home Staging Consultation consists of a walk-through of your property suggesting ways of re-organising some of your furniture and personal items, whilst giving tips on accessorising your room to make it a welcoming and attractive property for potential viewers.

The consultation can be followed up with a complete personalised recommendation Home Staging report including layout, repairs, decoration & tips on how to present your property.

Lesley Ann Interiors also offer e-consultation for those clients who live further afield, or to those who plan to implement the changes themselves.
